Originally, I bought a book on making Raw Superfood Chocolate for my wife.  (Model Chocolate by Abigail O'Neill) Unfortunately for my wife, I read the book and started following the recipes, whilst she never got a look in. It is now a full blown obsession for manufacturing Organic Raw Vegan Chocolates.

We manufacture small batches of hand made chocolates. We  also play with different ingredients to come up with unique flavour combinations. Australian Bush Foods are a major source of unique flavours.

All of our chocolates are:

Processed Sugar free, Dairy free, Gluten free and Lactose free.

We only use the finest Criollo Ecuadirian Cacao Powder, Cacao Butter, Vanilla Powder and Coconut Syrup.

QUALITY CACAO FROM AROUND THE GLOBE​

Raw cacao powder is made by cold-pressing unroasted cocoa beans. The process keeps the living enzymes in the cocoa and removes the fat (cacao butter). Cacao (pronounced "cu-COW") refers to the Theobroma Cacao tree from which Cocoa is derived, and is used when referring to unprocessed versions of the cacao bean.
